Reiter A Scale, painted black on the inside Ren. head, steel strings, no knot T.P.. Recorded April 4, 2015. I was just messing around and this came out of my banjo. Posted so folks interested in Reiter's could hear what one sounds like set up like it was then. Set up with a white painted Ren. head and a Fielding T.P. now.

I played my banjo along with a good fiddler in our local old time group (along with a good guitar player) and really like this tune. I've since learned to play it, up to speed, on my fiddle.

I just put steel strings back on my Sagmoen Dobson (24 3/4" scale, Ren. head, homemade maple bridge) after playing it with Nylgut/Sands for a few years and like the new sound. Tuned to double C.
