So, I must be a masochist to upload this. The timing is HORRIBLE, the intonation is bad, etc., etc. Nevertheless, I'm kind of proud of it. If you can hear the melody within my poor playing, I think it's kind of nice. This is my first "song" written on a banjo, and I've only been playing for two weeks. God willing, I will listen to this in a year and laugh. In the meantime, all you real pickers can laugh right now!

Dusitn Ogdin. This is just a little tune I came up with. It's title derives from the idea that this tune came out of all of the Phish and jam-oriented music I listened to in my younger days.

So, I've only been playing 4 months (and, yes, it shows!) This is just me having fun playing over a repeated bass line, experimenting with improvising in GarageBand. I guess this is my uneducated-musician-who-hasn't-been-playing-very-long sad attempt at a late 60's early 70's Miles Davis vibe.
