This is a uptempo song I wrote and featured on our "old Freight Line" recording project. The song title was inspired from the insect Katydid. I recorded the banjo track with my 1989 Deering Golden Era

Momma Loved the Lord is the title track for our all gospel recording. This song is the first song my brother Dave wrote after losing our mother. I thought this would be an appropriate song to post on a day to celebrate our special mothers.

This is a one of my favorite Gospel songs right out of the Hymnal that we featured as an instrumental on our Newest Release from Limited Edition "Go Straight Stay Right." The banjo track was recorded with a custom banjo of mine using the Mitch archtop tonering with the tonering mate. (Killer tone)
