Genre: Unknown/None Chosen / Playing Style: Clawhammer and Old-Time
I have played this tuned many times on the uilleann pipes and have wanted to do some clawhammer and pipes together for a long time. finally go the inspiration to give it try. Bright Angel Banjo tuned in open C capoed up to D. It probably can be done in double D. Pipes are concert D , by Andreas Rogge. Used Audacity to play a track on the banjo and then added a track on the pipes.

Wow, that's great .... pipes are the hardest instrument to get to working right , you did a great job putting them together - I think OT banjo is great for Irish music ... thanks for posting this

Wonderful, sounds like they always belonged together. It is still a mystery to me that one does not find more piping in the Southern highlands, but it is what it is. You should experiment more with this.

I started listening to this and ol' R Buck looks up and smiles and says "what's that?" We both think you did a great job!
