Hi all......I liked going through the forums here...seems to be some real nice people and everyone is friendly and helpfull....
I just picked up a banjo about a year ago...life kept me from really getting a chance to dig my teeth into it...but now I am settled and starting to practice on it...
I was thinking about ways to make my banjo my own and i thought about decorating or dying the head. Its a weatherking mylar fyberskin. I keep going on websites and they keep saying I can pick up one in every color but i have yet to find a single place that sells anything other than white, off white, clear, or black.
does anyone out there know a place that sells mylar in other colors? and if not has anyone tried dying the plastic?
