I thought I would have my kit together for Christmas, and for the most part it is, the tailpiece will have to be modified before I can make it work. The neck finished nicely with a little sanding and two coats of Tung oil. The head is an archtop; I don't know what to think about that yet. I'm not thrilled about the aluminum head but I'm not going to pass judgement until I'm done. I have a few pictures uploaded in my pics

I've been playing around three years now, frailing, never got the hang of Scruggs. I like adapting non traditional songs to the old time style.
