This is my first blog ever , anywhere. I have a Savannah banjo , got it Christmas of 2008 and loving every minute of it.  I just love bluegrass music and really enjoy learning on my banjo.  I am 47 . amd live in Tullahoma Tennessee.  If you like bluegrass and do some pickin, feel free to get in touch.  Thanks, and best wishes to all.

I received my first banjo Christmas of 2008 and I love it. Ive been playing with just what I can get off the internet and feel I have come along way but still I need to slow down I know and make things come about a little better of what I do know. I really enjoy learning, but seems like Im just stuck on the same things. I dont want to try and progress too fast, I feel I may miss something. I try and user my ears as much as I can. Alot of times when Im picking on some song, I can also hear a lick or two withing another song, so I do listen and try to user what I do know to input into other songs.
