Always wanted to learn an instument but had enver got around to it until a few months ago when i spontaneously wen out and bought a banjo! I'd only heard a little bit of banjo in some folk music i listened too, and although i liked it allot, my bigger inspiration was just to try something a little bit different to the regular go-out-and-buy-a-guitar-play-for-two-weeks-and-give-up cycle that most of the people i know seem to have done. that being said, im rapidly falling in love with the banjo, and i really cant seem to put it down now! still very much a beginer but trying hard and eager to learn.
