funny ...just thought of a way of keeping my joints moving.....was in awful pain .came across banjo hangout and listened to a few bluegrass tunes..........was hooked bought myself a 5string ....started practicing found it great for my hand joints.....now guys i wouldnt say im brill...but ok.haha....banjo helps my rhuemitoid arthritis
