Caught the bug pretty bad in early 2006, played constantly until I received a fiddle in 2008, played that constantly until I moved to Haiti for a year, built 2 gourd banjos so I had something to play, started playing OT banjo again when I returned to the States in August 2009. I cut my teeth playing with members of the "Indian Creek Delta Boys" in Charleston, IL and now reside in St. Louis, MO. I still have an unhealthy obsession with IL tunes and have started digging into MO fiddle tunes as well. I hope to one day build banjos and live the life of a hermit (the trick is getting my wife to agree...)
