I grew up in the Kingston Trio/folk revival era and got to know Dave Guard personally. That's why I have a Vega Pete Seeger and Martin 00-21 - that's what Dave played. I'm a country lawyer and a Vietnam Vet, currently serving in the US Naval Reserve as the Deputy for all Reserve JAG's worldwide. My grade is Captain (O-6) with 43 years commissioned service and still counting. Its sure nice to sit on the back porch on a sunny day and pick on an old Martin or Vega! Edit Note: Forgot to mention that I'm the Administrator of the Unofficial Martin Guitar Forum. We have 10,000+ members over there.
