UPS SUCKS

UPS dropped my banjo when they delivered it. They will not pay for the damages. I had UPS insurance covering the full value of this instrument. I don't know what to do. The buyer saw the UPS driver throw the banjo out of the back of his truck. It was packed properly. Can someone tell me how to get UPS to pay for my damaged instrument?
