I started playing clawhammer banjo back in the seventies -joined a bluegrass band and switched to 3 finger. I played bluegrass on and off for many years switching between guitar and banjo. I've been playing CH for 5+ years now. I have to say I'm obsessed with the sound! Winters are long in Maine so there is plenty of spare-time to practice,
