Hello, my name is Jay Evans.I live in Utah. I am a new addition to the hangout. Several years ago I inherited a very rare banjo and over the years I have researched it and found it and many other banjos very fascinating. I have followed this site and others for 12-13 year so I'm not without some knowledge and familiarities about the banjo. It seems there are hundreds of stories behind these family heirlooms that fascinate me . My banjo is a 1927 B&D Silverbell #6 Ne Plus Ultra Serial No. 23084 ( A ) Symphony Plectrum. The Banjos in beautiful condition and soon I will put it in the data base. It is not for sale but I can post some photos soon. I am looking for a gold plated armrest for the No. 6 so if anyone can help me it would be appreciated.
