RK 0-25 MADISON - rim -action

hi there

i got my first open back. Rk 0-25

i noticed the wooden rim is little out of round ( about 5 mm, 0.19 inches)

how do i round it back? anybody can help me?

still im haveing troubles with the action..i cant do it with the co-rods..shall i put a shim tween the neck and the ring?

thanx for help!
