Novice needs help

Hey guys I am new to the site and am going to be leaning on you guys for support with learning banjo. I have been playing guitar for quite a while now but mostly rhythm and electric lead. I Just bought a 98 Gibson Rb250 and I think I got a great deal at $1200 but would like your feedback on this particular instrument. Mine is near pristine 9-9.5 condition from my experience with guitars but what should I look at concerning banjos and particularly the Rb250.  1 comment
