I''ve played guitar for around 15 years but am just getting into playing clawhammer banjo. I bought a Fender resonator banjo a few years ago on a whim (not really knowing what style I wanted to play) then later discovered and started learning clawhammer. While I would love to invest in a nice open-back clawhammer banjo, I'm stuck with what I have for now until finances allow for an upgrade (not many used banjos in the metro-Detroit area). I'm interested in finding and learning new tunes and learning from those of you that have years of experience!
