Del McCoury and his band are among my favorites as well as Charlie Waller and the Country Gentlemen and the Lewis Family. I enjoy listening to Bela Fleck, Philip Steinmetz, Steep Canyon Rangers, Steve Martin, Dave Hum, John McEuen, Jens Kruger and on and on.

I Live in the interior of Alaska (14 years now), in the Army 22 years and still going. I'm an avid outdoorsman, I love riding my ATVs and AATVs, I love bluegrass and celtic music and especially played on the banjo. Still a beginner even though I started taking banjo lessons in 2010(for about 3 months). I'm motivated again though and practicing with my Deering Black Diamond.
