I've played the banjer since I was 4 years old. I'm currently 50, so it's more than a hobby/obsession; it's literally part of my psyche and soul. The banjers I play are a Bella Voce copy that I made back in the ྂ's, an ྔ Granada that I bought from Sonny Osborne in ྔ, and a 1933 original 5-string Granada that I've known/played since I was a little feller. I knew the original owner, a moonshiner who paid 250 bucks for the thing in 33. Her name is Charlotte.
