Even though I've been playing banjo since 1975, and was even the Arizona state champion once, I'm neither a banjo nor bluegrass specialist. But as a professional working country and southern rock multi-instrumentalist and vocalist for more than forty years, I have a deep and abiding appreciation of the earthy sound of American acoustic music, and I'm proud to be able to play it.
