First tried my hand at picking 20 years ago but gave up due to family and work commitments. Started again two years ago learning Scruggs style when I retired from full time work. The banjo must be in the family blood - I inherited my grandfathers Windsor banjo - see photo. Also have a cousin who played with Old Sheps Banjo boys and who still plays in a jazz band.
