Odessa Banjo

Just bought an Odessa banjo from a small music store outside of Roanoke, VA.  The owner said it was made in the '70s.  Don't know anything more about it and there is not much on the internet about Odessa banjos.  I was not able to find any model number, etc. on the instrument.  Any suggestions?
