Started playing bluegrass, but like to play more folkie kind of stuff, so have turned towards clawhammer. I however still love all things banjo. I have met so many wonderful people since picking up the banjo,so I particulary get a kick out of getting newcomers to the banjo started and jamming. We hold a Jam session monthly at the Black Bull in Blaydon (Near Newcastle upon Tyne) all welcome especially beginners, drop me a line for more details.
