Dear sir 

I have just started learning the banjo I am enjoying the challenge 

I pick with my right hand however I have no pinky and my third finger of my right hand can't support my hand whilst I'm picking 

I'm not giving up I'm on lesson three with Jim pankey doing ok 

is there any right hand support I could purchase to aid my problem 

thank you
