after playing and singing with guitar for many years, I saw john hartford singing LORENA on youtube...magic.... I brought a £99 vintage tiawan open back, altho i'm a novice, I beleive it has a nice mellow tone, easy to finger, and I would never part with it, my one regret is I didn't take up the banjo years ago, I live in birmingham england, I now have a goldtone bg 250f, a vega little wonder, a deering goodtime special
