What make and age is this banjo

Hi I'm new to banjo I play guitar but my great grandad was a good banjo player and had his own band .. any way I have acquired an old banjo I think its 1900 but I can find any marks or numbers there was a series of dots I will be getting it restored then a few lessons .. so wondered if you  could help thanks Bill from rugby England
