Was in Seattle, WA....

Thursday, May 7, 2009

Had to go to a car repair shop in Seattle. They were advertising, "Used Tires for Sale." I thought, "These would be perfect... ...for Seattle's rain slicked highways." What's a guy say when he buys used tires? " I ain't spending no money on personal or automotive safety.... ...tire tread don't work.....when you're hydroplaning...." Yeah...you want a set of tires that look like the head of Michael Jordan... ..."Got anything with over 60 thousand miles on 'em?... ...Great, slap 'em on yellow......school bus out there." I have bought re-treads before....they get hot and then fly all apart. Kind of like my sex life. Add Comment

At the age of 3 months old, comedian and author Tim Steed received his first big break in life when he was discovered along the side of a dirt road by a family of opossum. They raised him as their own and taught him valuable lessons in life like how to hang upside down from a tree branch. And it was while he was playing dead in the middle of I-40 near Memphis that a kindly trucker picked him up and gave him his next break in life by teaching him how to properly wear camouflage. Tim also learned the art of communicating on cb radio and soon afterward, he began telling stories and jokes and his career took off as people began paying him to leave their property. Today, people recognize Tim as a person that looks like a person that was on America's Most Wanted. Tim currently lives near Nashville, TN in a cardboard box behind a popular Waffle House just on the outskirts of town.
