Hello,
I have ordered some years ago a mandolin by Mark which I have got, but with delay. Then I have ordered a guitar which I have got with a little more delay. Then Mark offerd me a mandolin for $ 24000.00. I said that is to much for me. He said to me "oh it will be a present for my friend Manfred. I will do for you a banjo and a mandolin at that price. And I have said yes. And so I have payed in Oct. 2009 $9000.00 deposit. Then Christ
mas was coming up and Mark asked me for $ 9000.00 more for he need money for Christmas. And I have payed. I dont have got the instruments until today.Now I try to get back the money with the help of an advocat. I have told Mark that I will the money back. But if he will do the instruments he can make them and he can ship them to me without any deposit and when i have got them and all is o.k. I will send the money in one.
I'm very disapointetd about some US people. I have ordered in the last 20 years instruments I think for $ 100000.00.
