Grew up in Appalachia. Over educated. Under paid. Know a couple of dead languages. Received significant injuries to the Right side of my body -- R eye, R hand, R knee -- all in separate accidents. Was once in two car wrecks in the same day. Was shot in the head with a shotgun at the age of 11. Was radically converted at the age of 20. Have wanted to learn the 5 string banjo for a long time -- it's time.
