See I took it all apart couple of weeks ago and cleaned it, put it back together..I can't get it adusted right, and I'm no professional at setting up..I can play the heck outta one but I can't set it up for the sound I want..I got frustrated and cranked the head down to tight, popped it. so got a new head, needed noe anyways because of all the signature! I want to get that bassy sound like Dave evans, I like that bluesy sound.. I know it's not a prewar but It had a bass sound to it before, it's a 07' RB-250 pre-war re-issure, sounds awesome, I know to set the toneation right but the tailpiece I need some help with..the only music store around here don't know a thang about a banjer, and I'M IN EASTERN,KY.!!! ANYONE please give me some advice here, how to set the tailpiece up, and everything else about how to get that bassy sound!
