I have a deep passion for art that speaks truth and integrity. I was drawn to folk music from around the world at an early age, but most specifically the folk music of the Appalachias, England, and Ireland. I believe there is wisdom in the traditional words and melodies of folk music that can be spoken no other way than through the music. It has grabbed a hold of my heart and mezmerized me since the moment I first heard "In the Pines", and and has never let go.
