I've stopped playing the Stewart-Mcdonald. Acquired a Ramsey 12" Chanterelle. Love it.
A strange one. Stewart-Mcdonald kit I put together in the mid 1970's. An archtop with a metal pot. I've had the fingerboard scooped for CH playing and keep a hand towel stuffed under the head to damp down the loudness and shrillness.
