I love to build banjos and I love Old Time music.. The first time that I heard someone playing clawhammer I was fifty years old and I was hooked. It was Rick Abbrams and I couldn't get the sound out of my head. Rick has passed on but what a picker. He had won many contests including Galax in the clawhammer competition.
