1st String out of tune when playing up the neck?

Hey guys!

I have a Barnes & Marnes Rathbone banjo. I recently re-strung it and now my high D string is out of tune when playing up the neck?

I have fiddled about with the intonation to make sure all my harmonics and 12th fretted notes are the same but the 1st string is relentless in being flat compared to it's harmonic (no matter where I put the bridge)

Any help would be appreciated c:
