BEWARE: STEWART-MACDONALD Overcharges shipping costs on small orders. On a recent order of an item (less than 5 ounces) I was charged $6.95 (less than the cost of the item). The explanation I was given was that they insure all items regardless of weight or value. Handling charges aside, why would you insure an item costing $5.00 than can be mailed for 54 cents?
