Continental Banjo needs a resonator

We have a customer that has a Continental Banjo bought for him by his brother who was in Vietnam at the time.  He wants to put a resonator onto this particular open back Banjo.  We bought the resonator but the flange only had 24 holes, the Continental has 30 holes.  Is there anywhere I can buy  a 30 hole flange?  Has anyone heard of a 30 hole flange? Can anyone build a 30 hole flange?  Please help!
