I have been playing fro around 12 years. started out on bass guitar and now have moved to banjo, ukulele and double bass as my main instruments. I like those 3 because there real head turners but banjo is my favourite. I play clawhammer only on the banjo. I also play in a capoed D tuning.(but lower rather than higher) this suits my voice better and means I don't have to capo on the 7th fret.
