I retired in 2002 as a high school principal. My wife purchased a banjo for me at Christmas 2005. I played a little guitar, but never held a banjo. I have really fell in love with the instrument and bluegrass music. Hard to start at age 52, but it has been a great challenge and a lot of fun.
