Howdy All,
I have a recently produced Retrotone pot, with an old Gibson Resonator and some hdw from an MB-00 that Wyatt combined with one of his conversion Mahogany necks. It really suits my ear and I like the Classic Old Gibson Look. It sounds very deep and woody, but with a nice crack or edge to it. The rim goes back 13 years or so, but I still consider it a "green" banjo. Any tone improvement from this point would be a bonus for sure. I will get a photo up before too long. Best Wishes PJW
