I'm kinda new to this banjo hangout, but i've always loved the banjo, and now i'm playing one. I was wanting to know if anyone knows where i could lern dickenson County Breakdown.

	Carol says: 3/18/2011 6:05:30 PM Hey Everyone, I was learning Ridin' that Midnight train via Murphy Henry's DVD, and as per her instructions I wrote down the lyrics to match the tune with. My husband came home later and found a piece of paper sitting there on the couch ..."No matter what I say or do You're never satisfied I've tried I've tried so many times So I'm leaving you now goodbye" I'm looking forward to checking out these lessons you've got posted here! 	whistlepig says: 2/20/2013 10:10:17 PM RK, I just joined the Stanley style group and saw your question about Dickenson County Breakdown. You should get the dvd "The Banjo of Ralph Stanley From Old Time To Bluegrass". He slows it way down with close up veiws of right and left hands. It comes with a tab booklet which is how I learned it. It took a couple of months for me to learn the up the neck part. The DVD is put out by Homespun. ,Jim
