Howdy Jim,

Welcome to Rising Sun Pickers. Hikari is in Yamaguchi Prefecture, right? There's lots of bluegrass going on all over Japan, so you're gonna do just fine there in western Japan. I happened to find a guy in Yamaguchi city that runs a Bluegrass club and has lessons/meetups for students, but the hour+ drive means I can't make it nearly as often as I'd like. I'm muddling along on my own but. I hope to find someone closer to home to get some lessons, but I enjoy picking away at home too. Thanks again, and I do look forward to getting to know y'all a bit better! 宜しくお願いします!
