I'm playing banjo in a punk band and I have a portable pickup. I get so much feedback on my amp. Do y'all have a suggestion on the best place to attach a pickup to stop the feedback? It's round and has a sticky back. I use tape to keep it on there.

	Sinistrate says: 1/28/2015 12:53:20 PM Oh, and I found it better to hook it up to a PA rather than a guitar amp, guitar amps don't really do it for banjos in my opinion.
	Sinistrate says: 1/28/2015 1:20:32 PM The reason for the feedback, if I understand the word correctly(English is not my first language), could actually be just because it's plugged into an guitar amp. If you don't have a equalize-thing(don't know the English word :D) between the banjo and amp, as electric guitars usually do(built into the guitar). In which case, bad noise.
