Nylagut and Bridge Slots Question

From Kevin B on 12/6/2012 4:14:41 PM

I just built a banjo uke and it has a new Grover #30 bridge with the standard slots.  Do I need to widen the slots for synthetic strings?

Any pinch point can cause breakage. My bridges are filed for the larger diameter. The tail piece side of the bridge recieve extra attention
