Hi All,

New to the Hangout. I just picked up a Paramount Professional Triple X which was in pretty good shape. It has some different features than many of the earlier and later Paramounts. Any information on this banjo would be helpful.

	TenorFiend says: 1/8/2015 10:05:07 PM Welcome, Ezra, and congrats on your new axe! Although made by the Wm. L. Lange Company, the Triple X line were not, strictly speaking, Paramounts. All Paramounts, from the "A" and Junior models through the "F" and Artcraft, share the same cantilevered archtop tone ring design. As you've noted, the Triple X is engineered differently. The Triple X line were sold exclusively through a NYC instrument distributor. You can read all about it here: lockyphoto.com/triplexbanjo/history/
