This group is for all of us late bloomers. Frustrated, can't learn like you used to, no time to practice. Post it here with others in the same boat.

	BJD says: 5/18/2014 7:12:04 AM Dexterity and timing are real issues for me. Is anyone using a good practice routine to get fingers working properly? I'm using a "finger press" and it seems to be giving me a little more strength in my left hand such that I can reduce my effort to fret strings and stretch my pinkie. I would to know how everyone else is working on it.
	RB4picker says: 5/18/2014 7:19:00 AM Hey BJD, sounds like your on the right track. Anything that will stetch these old ligamints and improve finger strength should help. I used to play a bit of guitar in my youth and I find that when I pick it a little now it seems to help my banjo picking. David
