I couldn't get the action on my Columbine to adjust down and found a lag screw in the neck loose. I took it to Nechville banjo Co. in Bloomington , MN and Tom Nechville dropped what he was doing and repaired it on the spot. My point is : if you live in MN and need repair on any instrument, Nechville works on any type of instrument and has EXCELLENT quality customer service !
