Quick post as to why I created the group. It seemed there was a group for beginners, or I think even people in the pre-beginner phase! But not a group for us people who have been playing a while, can do a few tunes and songs, backup in a basic kind of a way, a little up the neck from time to time - but we would never say we were "pretty good". Now maybe we sound pretty hot to people who don't play the banjo, but we know there is a long way to go.... Join my group if you feel the same and we will see what develops. The picture is of my banjo, a 1970 Kuwahara? Made in Japan Washburn B16. Its probably pretty typical of the sort of banjo owned by a lot of Not Beginners :-) 73
