I'll be in Montreal the weekend of the 11th. I know there's a bluegrass jam at the Barfly but I'm wondering if there are any Old Time jams or Irish Sessions happening. I play Bluegrass guitar, Claw hammer 5 string and Irish tenor. Trying to figure out which instrument(s) to bring along with my crampons.

I brought my duo banjo, a 12: custom banjo with both claw hammer and tenor necks. Disassembled and packed in my suitcase so no issues boarding the commuter from Newark to YUL and no questions coming through immigration about working in Canada. Can't wait to go back....when it's warmer.
