I bought a Rag Time banjo from a Banjo Hangout member about 1.5 years ago. He sent me this custom brass finger pick as part of the purchase. I have lost all record of this gentleman's wherebouts but I have since learn the use the brass device and would like to learn more about it.

Does anyone know who this genteman might be. I believed he was from down south somewhere. He does minstrel performance and makes custom brass finger picks.
