I'm working my way though this substantial early banjo book. Frank Converse in 1865 laid out a great collection of tunes, covering straight Stroke classics, as well as well-defined fingerstyle pieces. Irish songs, waltzes, and even the Rainbow Schottish. I think it has close to 80 tunes. I'm on # 14 right now.
